I have seen the preview tonight, and I gotta say we must go to see this movie as soon as possible.

Millions of people on the internet will change their sigs to "People should not be afraid of..." and it's about time an old idea came back.

Yup, good stuff. You can catch me being all emotional about it here.

Oops! Now fixed. So, without giving anything away, what was your favourite bit?

Ireland Prevails.

Well, ya know, watching famous buildings in London being blown to bits, that kinda raised a little sly smile.

But to be honest, I loved it all, it was like seeing the book come alive on the screen. Sure some things had to be shortened, but that's Film. The only other way to do those books would be to have a 12 parter and nobody would have spent the money on that.

Best bit, the scene that stands out right now is the last fight when V takes the bullits and makes a Ballet of Death. And the lighting through the film was great, the contrast between the different locations... I could go on and on.

On his film show the other night Film 2006, young Johhny Ross dismissed V, saying it was a failure on every level and there was nothing of any worth in it. I could not disagree with him more strongly.
