I was checking further.
Its seems that the only showing of Serenity is on the 24th August at 8:30pm.
It's official release date according to it's website is 30th September.
UGC do not have it listed for the 25th of August.
When I look at filmlistings.net they say that Serenity is due on 7th October, apparently the official UK release date, Probably the Irish one as well.
Can anyone explain this to me? |

Actually when I try to book in advance the webiste says "No scheduled performance on this date".
It must be a TYPO or else a special advance screening. Sorry for getting your hopes up. |

Saw this and really really enjoyed it. Would recommend it to all.
BTW I've an interest in military history, and epic stands against overwhelming odds (such as Thermopylae, Horatio on the bridge, Rourkes Drift, Mount St Bridge, Jadotville to name a few) but the incentive in Serenity was the best reason I've ever come accross. _________________ "Real heroes have a bald batch, bad teeth and a beer gut" - King Kong 2005 |
