>Hi all

Hello Grolf

I am not interested in King Kong, it was always a silly story, big ape meets blonde woman. They fall in love. Blonde betrays Ape, He climbs empire state building, Ape dies. You could not make it any more silly if you tried.

King Kong was known for the SX, there is nothing in the story. It is one of the most non interesting ideas ever expressed.

On the other hand, I would like to see Narnia.

If a large group of us want to go to see King Kong, then I will go with you.
But, be aware that I might be crankie after the film.

Hi Chip

Don't you care about the big ape and the stupid blonde. Just think of it as "Peter Jackson strikes again!". The ape is just an excuse to show some mind-blowing pictures.

Hey I did not know we were voting.

Since that appears to be the case, I vote for a second childhood and Narnia

As one of the Elder Lemons of UCGC, I say that we choose an evening to go to the cinema. And we each go to see the film that we want to see, then later we can talk about the films with some drinks.

Hi

Have seen both Kong and Narnia - both very good movies, but I'd give Narnia the edge, Kong being a tad overlong (methinks someone got carried away) at 3 hrs 30 mins

That we agree on a date to go to the cinema, then we can go to whichever movie we desire. The date is for Grolf to deside. It is his idea.
Then after the movies we can meet up in Jurys Hotel bar and talk about the movies we have seen.
This is a good plan. An Elder Lemon has said so.

Our Elder Lemon, in his great wisdom, came with a good plan.
How about next tuesday.
